- METHOD of PAYMENT -
- Inside the Netherlands -
For orders inside the Netherlands there is 1 method of payment;
- Payment in Advance via a Bank transfer.
- Outside the Netherlands -
For orders outside the Netherlands there is 1 method of payment;
- Payment in Advance via a International Bank Transfer.
- INFORMATION CONCERNING DELIVERY -
- Shipping -
All orders are shipped by Target-Master to the concerning customer using a Parcelservice.
Depending on the type, quantity and size of the products we make use of the SelektVracht, GLS or TNT Parcelservice.
- Delivery Time -
Provided the ordered products are in stock and depending on the type, quantity and size of the total order the standard delivery time is on average 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment and, when needed, copy of ID and or Gunlicense.
!! ATTENTION !!
For the delivery of a Air Rifle, Air Pistol, a Barrel, a Crossbow or a Knife the buyer legally needs to be over the age of 18 wich the buyer needs to be able to proof by way of a legal ID Card or Passport.
!! ATTENTION !!
For the delivery of Firearm Munition and Reloading Components (Bullets, Primers, Brass, Gunpowder) the buyer legally needs to be possesion of a valid Dutch Gunlicense, being a WM4 or a Hunting Permit.
- ORDER PICK-UP -
At this moment it is not possible to pick up a order at a Target-Master service-point . According to their own rules the parcelservice will try to deliver the parcel at least 2 times at the delivery adress. In case there is no one at home to take delivery of the parcel the personal of the parcelservice will leave behind a not at home message with wich you can contact the concerning parcelservice to make a new appointment for a new delivery of the parcel or for the pickup by you at the adress of the parcelservice.
- ORDERING -
- How do I place an order? -
Orders can easily be placed through the internet via our web-store.
In our web-store you can take your time and in all ease take a look at and compare the products.
By way of a - number of steps - in our online web-store you can make a choice concerning the products you want and the method of payment and shipping.
- STEP 1 - Searching for Products -
Target-Master has its entire collection listed in the on-line web-store.
In the Main Menu the main subjects are listed under wich the different products can be found.
In case you are unable to find the product you are looking for, you can make use of the search function at the top left of the page.
Simply type in the name or subscription of the product you are looking for and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
In case you are looking for a product of a specific brand you can also look for it in the Main Menu under the subject "Search for Brandname".
When you click on the brandname a list will appear showing all products of this brand available in the web-store.
- STEP 2 - To add Products to Your Shopping Cart -
When you have found the product you were looking for and you want to order this, click on the button
 wich is listed next to the product.
If needed you can change the number of products you want to order in the Shopping Cart.
When all products you want are placed in your Shopping Cart and have been checked by you, click on the button  .
- STEP 3 - Your Shopping Cart -
In Your Shopping Cart you will find a list of all the products wich you have selected for ordering.
You can easily change the number of products you want to order by changing the standard quantity of 1 to the desired quantity you would like to order.
After changing the number click on the button  and number will be changed into the number you want.
Products not wanted can easily be removed from Your Shopping Cart by changing the number into 0.
After changing the number click on the button and the product will be removed from your Shopping Cart.
After you have chacked all the products, and you want to order these, click on the button .
- STEP 4 - How to place Your Order -
After you have clicked on the button you will arrive at the login page.
When you have not yet made up an Account you can do so here and click on the button 
When you do not want to make up an Account click on the button .
On the next page you will see you need to fill out the requested data.
Data indicated with a star you are obliged to fill out.
All data needs to be filled out in full, chack the data for any mistakes you may have made and click on the button .
When you have made up an Account the next page will confirm your new Account has been succesfully made. To continue to the next page click on the button .
- STEP 5 - Shipping Information -
On this page you will find the following data.
- The shipping adress you filled out.
In case the delivery adress is not correct click on the button  .
- The Shipping Method.
There is 1 choice for the method of shipping.
- Comment.
Here you can give a comment concerning your order.
The comment box is not intented for questions. When you have a question you need to send your question to us via e-mail.
When all listed data is correct click on the button .
- STEP 6 - Payment Information -
On this page you will find the following data.
- The Invoice Adress you filled out.
In case the invoice adress is not correct click on the button .
- The Payment Method.
Voor bestellingen binnen Nederland zijn er meerdere keuzes mogelijk.
- Comment.
Here you can give a comment concerning your order. The comment box is not intended for questions. When you have a question you need to send your question to us via e-mail.
When all listed data is correct click on the button .
- STEP 7 - Total Overview of Your Order -
You now arrive at the page wich lists all data concerning your order.
Here you can again check all the data and if needed make changes.
When all listed data is coorect click on the button  .
- STEP 8 - Your order is completed -
The next page is a confirmation of your order listing some additional information. Take some time to read the listed information. By way of the E-mail Adress you put in you will receive a order confirmation containing all information concerning your order including the payment information you need.
Save this E-mail, store it on your computer and or print it on paper. At least write down the orderingnumber for future referance and keep it in a save place.
- What happens now? -
After receiving your order we will go to work to collect and make ready for shipment the products you ordered as soon as possible.
Because in most cases we are working with minimum stock, it can be that some products are temporarily out of stock.
When his results in a much longer delivery time you will receive a message about this as soon as possible.
The average time to shipment is 3 to 5 working days after receipt of your payment concerning the order we received from you.
- I would like to a products to my order. How do I do that?
In case you want to add a product to a order wich we allready received from you, the best way to do so is to order this product via our web-store by way of an extra order.
In the comment box you can indicate you want to add the new product to a previous order we allready received from you.
In the comment box you also need to list ordernumber of the previous order to wich you want to add the new order.
Of the new order you then pay the indicated total amount for payment minus the indicated shipping cost.

With the money transfer as a comment only indicate the orderingnumber of the new order.

It is not possible to add products to a order wich is allready been partially delivered.
- I have put in my order but I have made an mistake. What do I do? -
In het geval van een foutieve bestelling dient U per omgaande contact met ons opnemen. Bij voorkeur via E-mail.
Vermeld in de E-mail uw persoonsgegevens en het ordernummer zoals vermeld in de bevestiging van de betreffende bestelling.
Vervolgens meld U wat U foutief heeft besteld met vermelding van de omschrijving van het artikel.
U kunt indien gewenst ook meteen het artikel doorgeven welke U hiervoor in de plaats wilt ontvangen.
U dient nog dezelfde dag op welke U de foutieve bestelling aan ons heeft doorgegeven contact met ons op te nemen.
Als U te lang wacht met berichtgeving omtrent Uw foutieve bestelling kan het voorkomen dat Uw gedane bestelling reeds aan U is verzonden.
- Is there a minimum Ordering Amount? -
No, there is no minimum ordering amount.
- If I buy a larger quantity of one and the same product, do I receive a discount on the purchase price? -
Op dit moment geven wij standaard niet op alle artikelen een korting op de aankoop, ook niet als van hetzelfde artikel grotere aantallen in één keer worden besteld.
Daar waar mogelijk is er een meerstuks prijs aangegeven waarbij de prijs stapsgewijs lager word bij de aankoop van meerdere van dezelfde artikelen.
De prijzen van de artikelen in de winkel zijn door ons dusdanig berekend dat hierin geen rekening is gehouden met het eventueel kunnen geven van uitgebreide kortingen. Om de mogelijkheid hiervoor te creëren zouden alle artikelen eerst duurder moeten woden gemaakt.
In plaats van een uitgebreid systeem van kortingen hebben wij ervoor gekozen om de prijzen van de artikelen voor U als klant zo aantrekkelijk mogelijk te maken.
Wij hebben niet gekozen voor een systeem met kortingen waarbij het er op neer komt dat de prijzen van alle artikelen eerst met een bepaald percentage duurder gemaakt moeten worden, om vervolgens ditzelfde percentage er voor de schijn weer af te trekken als zogenaamde korting op de prijs van een artikel.
- RETURN SHIPMENTS -
Stuur niet zomaar artikelen retour.
Neem altijd eerst even contact met ons op, bij voorkeur via de E-mail.
Bij Target-Master worden bestelde artikelen 7 dagen op zicht toegezonden.
De zichttermijn gaat in op de dag volgend op de dag van bezorging.
Vanaf de bezorging heeft U dus 7 dagen de tijd om te beslissen of U Uw bestelling wilt behouden of niet.

Stuur uw artikelen compleet (incl. alle accessoires behorende bij het artikel en in de originele verpakking), met de kopie-factuur en een ingevuld retourformulier retour. Retourzendingen worden uitsluitend geaccepteerd indien u zorgvuldig om bent gegaan met het product en de verpakking. Het product mag slechts in die mate zijn uitgepakt of gebruikt voor zover dat nodig is om te kunnen beoordelen of u het product wenst te behouden.
De verzendkosten van een eventuele retour zending zijn voor Uw eigen rekening.
Pakketjes welke niet of onvoldoende gefrankeerd zijn worden niet door ons in ontvangst genomen en gaan retour afzender.
Nadat de betreffende Artikelen zijn terug ontvangen, en door ons zijn gecontroleerd, zal het van toepassing zijnde geldbedrag betreffende het retour gezonden Artikel zo spoedig mogelijk worden terugbetaald.
Verzendkosten vallen buiten deze regeling en worden niet terugbetaald.
Behalve als deze defect zijn op het moment van levering vallen de volgende artikelen buiten deze regeling;
geopende en / of reeds aangebroken verpakkingen, audio- en videocassettes, batterijen en accu’s, boeken, software, diskettes en cd’s, lampen, bestellingen in opdracht van de klant en bijzondere bestellingen, zoals bestellingen van reserve onderdelen, schoeisel, maatkleding enz.
!! ATTENTION !!
Indien U het Artikel heeft gebruikt vervalt hiermee de zichtperiode.
Tijdens de zichtperiode heeft U 14 dagen bedenktijd om te beslissen of U het betreffende Artikel wilt behouden of niet.
Het is tijdens de zichtperiode nadrukkelijk niet de bedoeling dat U het door U onvangen Artikel uitgebreid gaat gebruiken om dit bijvoorbeeld even uit te testen.
Wanneer het Artikel door U in gebruik is genomen heeft U hiermee het betreffende Artikel geaccepteerd.
Artikelen die ongebruikt en in de originele, onbeschadigde verpakking zijn teruggezonden, worden door ons als niet besteld beschouwd.
U dient er voor te zorgen dat de artikelen welke retour worden gestuurd goed verpakt worden zodat deze niet kunnen beschadigen tijdens het vervoer.
- GARANTEE -
Target-Master garandeert dat er voor alle door haar geleverde artikelen een garantie termijn geldt van 12 maanden. De factuurdatum geldt als begindatum van de garantie periode.
Indien de hierboven genoemde garantie van toepassing is en het artikel een gebrek vertoont, zijn wij verplicht om binnen een redelijke tijd, nadat U het gebrek heeft gemeld en het artikel met een kopie van de originele factuur heeft teruggezonden, het artikel te repareren of het te vervangen.
De garantie vervalt, indien de koper de schade veroorzaakt heeft door een onjuiste behandeling van het artikel, hetgeen ter beoordeling van Target-Master is.
Deze garantie is niet van toepassing indien:
- Het gebrek en / of defect is ontstaan ten gevolg van onoordeelkundig en / of oneigenlijk gebruik, zoals het in acht nemen van de bijbehorende gebruiksaanwijzing.
- Zonder schriftelijke toestemming van de zijde van Target-Master, de koper of derden wijzigingen hebben aangebracht dan wel trachten aan te brengen aan de goederen.
- De goederen zijn aangewend voor doeleinden waarvoor de goederen niet bestemd zijn.
- Het gebrek is ontstaan door grove opzet of grove onachtzaamheid.
- Sprake is van een van buiten komend onheil zoals; blikseminslag, stroomuitval, natuurrampen enz.
- Target-Master niet, of niet tijdig, in de gelegenheid is gesteld voor onderzoek van de klacht en het eventueel herstellen van het gebrek.
- Het artikel bij retourzending onvoldoende is beschermd tegen transportschade.
- Alle garantie vervalt onmiddellijk wanneer er gebruik word en/of is gemaakt van herladen munitie.
Exept when these are defective on arrival with the customer the following products are excluded.;
• opened and or allready used packaging
• audio- en videocassettes
• batteries
• books
• software
• disks en cd’s
• lamps
• Special Orders, such as orders of spare parts, clothing measured for size etc.
!! ATTENTION !!
The shipping cost for a return shipment are for your own account.
Return shipment wich are unstamped or insufficiently stamped will not be accepted and will be refused.
- How about the Garantee? -
Standard Garantee is for 1 year.
Target-Master garantees all products wich were delivered by them for a period of 12 months. The invoice date acts as the starting date of the garantee period.
If the above mentioned garantee applies and the products shows a defect, we are obliged within a reasonable time table, after the defect was reported and the product was returned to us including a copie of the original invoice, to repair the product.
The garantee expires, if and when the buyer caused damage to the product by improper handeling, wich is for Target-Master to judge.
